Gaurav Pandey is the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Godrej Properties. He has been reappointed to this role for another three years, starting from January 1, 2026. It grew by 4 times in Collections, and 27% in ROCE. In FY 2022, the North Zone’s Profit After Tax was the biggest contributor to Godrej Properties’ P&L.
In his career, he has advised stakeholders, been on the Management Committee of Ascendas India, and co-anchored the Property Show on NDTV. He is now part of the Management Committee of Godrej Properties. He is also the Co-Chair for the Committee on Urban Development and Real Estate.
Godrej Properties raised Rs. 6,000 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement in Dec 2024. This was to support its growth and expansion plans.
