• Godrej Properties closed FY2025 with record sales bookings of ₹29,444 crore, led by a strong Q4 at ₹10,163 crore. This scale signals steady execution and demand across key markets, strengthening cash flows and delivery visibility for customers.
• For FY2026, leadership set a launch pipeline of about ₹40,000 crore, focusing on higher-velocity micro-markets. A larger, well-timed pipeline helps maintain product choice, stable pricing discipline, and faster absorption for investors and end-users.
• Top-deck transitions were completed with continuity in mind. Amitesh Shah took charge as Zonal CEO, MMR, on July 19, 2025, and Sandeep Navlakhe became COO from August 1, 2025—moves that deepen on-ground execution capacity in the company’s largest region.
• People-first initiatives advanced in parallel. The CREW Conclave 2025 marked one year of structured programmes to grow women leaders in real estate, while the Pride Internship continued as a paid, nine-month pathway for LGBTQIA+ talent—strengthening team diversity and customer understanding.
