Barca II At Godrej Msr City is a futuristic and iconic residential apartment township located in Devanahalli, North Bangalore. It is a marvellous Godrej Properties project and the epic phase 2 of the large township, Godrej MSR City. The site is developing on a net area of 8.48 acres and has a huge open land area. The Barca II At Godrej Msr City has been approved by the Karnataka RERA Board on 30th June 2025. The RERA Registration No. is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/300625/007/887. It's Acknowledgement No. is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/280625/009355. It has also received other approvals and is a safe option for investment.

Godrej MSR City's Phase has received approvals from the Karnataka RERA Board. It is currently under construction.
