Godrej new project in Shettigere
Godrej's new project in Shettigere, North Bangalore, in 2025 is Godrej MSR City, coming up in 2 Phases. It is a luxury-segment 62-acre apartment site featuring 4000 flats. These are presented in 2, 3, and 4 BHK options, ranging from 1186 sq. ft. to 1876 sq. ft. This venture was launched in April and is in the under-construction stage.
- Phase 1 – Barca: Covers 19 acres with 1961 apartments in 31 high-rise towers (2B+G+15 floors). Unit types include 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. Most units are sold out, with only a few left.
